Dell alienware x51 r2 windows 7 premium 4th generation intel core i5 4460 processor quad core 6mb cache up to 3 4ghz w turbo boost nvidia gefor. I would like to upgrade my video card and my power supply if need be. When the power button is depressed it powers on momentarily spinning the cpu and power board fans but then immediately shuts off. But the power supply must be able to handle these demands if not it will put a strain on the components which can result in spontaneous failure.

As of late the fans are starting to go a bit crazy and i ve had my computer crash quite a few times as well as the wireless adapter shutting itself off. I totally disassembled the pc and verified cables ram power board psu vga ssd and unfortunately i realized that there is a resistance burned on the motherboard.
