The plan was to mount the panels on the roof and terminate all of the wires in the combiner box from am solar so i started putting them down one by one and those were installed without much trouble. On airstreams due to their rounded roofs we often use different sized feet to attach the solar panels to the roof. Limited roof space requires narrow solar panels. The small brackets goes on the inside and attaches to the panel with stainless self tapping screws.

Solar pre wires are frequently factored into the design. An external battery box limits the size of battery banks or requires the battery bank to be relocated. These are a unique heavy duty aluminum solar panel mounting feet that adjusts to the curvature of the roof. Great for airstream r pods or any other rv with a curved or sloped roof structure.
